Hair Loss Treatment
Whether you stay in the clinic the night before
or travel on the day of the treatment, coffee or tea
and possibly breakfast will be served before your
final consultation with the surgeon.
Before your treatment commences, the surgeon will
take you through the whole treatment procedure again
and discuss your personal preferences. Depending on
your hair type and the donor situation, the
following is determined at this stage: -
- Total amount of follicles
- Placing of the new hairline
- The direction of growth of the new hair and where
the new hair is to placed i.e. all over or in
certain area’s only.

Treatment Room |
When you are fully familiar with the whole
procedure, the treatment can start. After a medical
wash, you will be taken to one of the treatment
rooms. The treatment is carried out under local
anaesthetic and is therefore completely painless.
After the treatments, you will receive another medical
wash and some instructions for the coming evening and night
are provided by one of the nurses. You will have no
bandages, plasters or dressings on your head.
Next morning, a final check and another medical wash
concludes the treatment. Before you return home, you will be
given the ‘Aftercare Instructions’, which you must adhere
to.
