Do's and Don'ts after the Treatment
1. Does it hurt?
The treatment is carried out under local
anaesthetic and is therefore completely painless.
Once the anaesthetic has worn off, your head will
feel a little tense and tight (Strip Donor Treatment
only). It can best be compared to wearing a tight
hat or cap. This feeling will gradually subside
after a few days.
2. Is it visible?
Most common is a discoloration of the skin where
treatment has taken place but this will fade over a
period of 10 to 14 days. In exceptional cases this
may take a little longer. The skin may also look a
little darker because of the new and bristly hairs.
3. When will the new hair start to grow?
The new hair will start to grow after
approximately 3 months and will continue to do so
for up to 1 year.
4. Will all new hair continue to grow?
Yes, and we guarantee that the new hair will grow
for the rest of your life. (see ‘Life-Time Growth
Guarantee’).
